Nut Butter and Banana Brownies

Get ready for a choco-licious adventure with raw cacao powder! This versatile ingredient not only adds a rich flavor to your dishes but also packs a powerful punch of health benefits. One of the biggest perks of raw cacao powder? It’s like a superhero for your body’s antioxidant defense system, fighting off free radicals and keeping your heart ticking like a champ.

But wait, there’s more! Raw cacao powder is also loaded with magnesium, which helps keep your muscles and nerves in tip-top shape, and the iron and copper content helps build strong bones and red blood cells.

And let’s not forget about the mood-boosting powers of cacao! Theobromine, a natural compound found in cacao, can help to ease stress and put a smile on your face. Plus, the natural caffeine content gives you a quick pick-me-up without the dreaded crash that comes with other sources of caffeine.

So, whether you’re whipping up a dessert or adding a sprinkle to your morning smoothie, raw cacao powder is a delicious and nutritious way to treat your taste buds and your body.

  • 6 ripe bananas (approximately 2 cups)
  • 1 cup of nut butter (250g), any kind of your preference
  • 1/2 cup (60g) of raw cacao powder

  1. Preheat your oven to 180℃ and line a small brownie tin with baking paper.
  2. In a powerful blender or food processor, mix all the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the lined tin and bake for 25-30 minutes or until firm to the touch.
  4. Allow to cool, then slice into squares. These brownies can also be frozen for up to a month.

Note: For the best flavor, use very ripe bananas as they add natural sweetness to the recipe. Avoid using other sweeteners as this recipe does not require any additional sugar.
